Shipping Policy
Currently I am only shipping within the United States. However, if this business decides to grow I'll be expanding to Canada and possibly over seas. Shipping will be included into the final costs of the products. If I can I will use the standard "if it fits it ships" with USPS. If there's a need to use an actual shipping service such as UPS or FedEx I will let you know prior to shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
I will happily replace any damaged item. However I require the following:
The type of product (e.g. snow globe tumbler, frosted tumbler, stainless steel tumbler, ect)
The type of damage (e.g. cracking, leaks in the snow globe tumbler, chipping)
A picture of the damage - Please send a photo of the damaged product to Whitney.Shields1984@gmail.com
